- Cancellations within 24 hours of the trip or no-show: No refund will be issued for last-minute cancellations or no-shows, regardless of the reason. This ensures that we maintain competitive pricing, as your seat cannot be resold on short notice.
Non-Refundable Services:
- Any additional services booked through third parties (e.g., accommodation, transfers, or activities not operated by us) are non-refundable, subject to the terms of the respective service providers.
Refund Request Process:
- All refund requests must be made in writing via email or through our customer support.
- Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of receiving the cancellation request and will be returned to the original method of payment.
Force Majeure:
- In the event of cancellations due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., weather conditions, natural disasters, or government restrictions), we will offer an alternative trip date or a full refund.
