Please read these terms and conditions carefully before booking.
1. Agreement of Terms
By accessing this website and booking activities, you enter a binding contractual agreement with Hala Thailand. If you disagree with any segment of these rules, please halt booking bookings.
2. Reservations & Payments
All activities are subject to final tour guides and boat operator availability. Full payment is required at the checkout step. We accept Credit Cards and Thai bank PromptPay QR codes.
3. Cancellations & Refunds
Free cancellation is permitted up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled tour start. Cancellations made within 24 hours are non-refundable unless caused by operator cancelations or safety reasons.
4. Weather & Force Majeure
Andaman sea conditions are volatile. Tours may be delayed, rescheduled, or cancelled by captains due to severe storm forecasts. In case of operator cancelations, full refunds will be issued.
5. Traveler Responsibility
It is the customer's duty to provide correct hotel name parameters for pickup and hold valid travel passports. Guests must arrive at the designated meeting point at least 15 minutes early.
6. Liability & Jurisdiction
Hala Thailand acts as a direct tour agent. We do not assume direct liability for personal injuries or item loss occurring on third-party speedboats. These terms are governed under the laws of Thailand.
